ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the HolyAI mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Slice of Life Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of the HolyAI app and related services.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
HolyAI is a Bible study and spiritual guidance application that provides:
• Access to multiple Bible translations and versions
• AI-powered spiritual discussions and guidance
• Personalized study plans and reading progress tracking
• Daily devotionals and prayer tools
• Progress tracking and spiritual growth features
USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
Account Creation
• You may be required to create an account to access certain features
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Account Security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Subscription Service
• HolyAI offers a weekly subscription service for premium features
• Subscription fees are charged weekly through your App Store account
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• We provide services worldwide except in Hong Kong
Payment Processing
• All payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Permitted Uses
• Personal Bible study and spiritual growth
• Educational and religious purposes
• Sharing insights with family and friends
• Creating personal notes and reflections
• Using AI features for spiritual guidance and Bible study
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Distribute harmful content or malware
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
AI CHAT GUIDELINES
Appropriate Use
• Use AI chat for spiritual guidance and Bible study
• Ask respectful and appropriate questions
• Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
• Understand that AI responses are for guidance only
Limitations
• AI responses are not professional counseling or medical advice
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI guidance
• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
• Use your own judgment and consult professionals when needed
• AI responses are generated based on available data and may not reflect all theological perspectives
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Bible texts are used under appropriate licenses
• All trademarks, logos, and branding are our property
• AI-generated content is provided for your personal use
Your Rights

Bible Content

• Respect copyright notices and licensing terms
• Do not reproduce Bible content for commercial purposes without permission

TERMINATION

• Cancelling your subscription terminates premium access

• Termination does not affect your obligations under these Terms
